Once dispatched, delivery will normally occur within

We know you’ll love your new purchase, however if for any reason you’re not completely happy you can return your product to us without any restocking fee.
Simply return your goods within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund. For an exchange or online store credit, return your goods within 100 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately due to health regulations we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on doonas, pillows or underblankets.
