We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDER OVER $100 – AUSTRALIA WIDE!

Orders under $100 attract a $9.90 shipping & handling fee.

We use Australia Post for all Australian domestic orders.

International Shipping: We are happy to post to other countries, however it will incur extra shipping charges. Please contact us via our contact page with the details of the item you would like to purchase and we can let you know the costs.

Shipping Times

Since many of our products are made to order, they typically take 3-5 business days to be dispatched. Following order placement, our team will make contact with you to confirm our current lead times and advise an estimated dispatch date.

Once dispatched, delivery will normally occur within

  • 1 – 4 days (VIC and NSW)
  • 4 – 6 days (TAS, SA and QLD)
  • 6 – 9 days (WA and NT)

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Alora House cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

If you order multiple items you may receive multiple shipments.  All of our items are not in the same warehouse so are sometimes shipped from different locations.


Returns

Free 100 Day Returns

We know you’ll love your new purchase, however if for any reason you’re not completely happy you can return your product to us without any restocking fee.

To refund a change of mind purchase made online, simply return your goods within 14 days of receiving your online order. For an exchange or online store credit, return your goods within 100 days of receiving your order.

For returns, please contact us on 1300 252 707 or contact us via our contact page to to receive instructions on how to send back to us. If you made your purchase using PayPal, items can be returned for using Paypal Free Return Shipping.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The colours and details of the merchandise are visible through the clear packaging. Thus, a repackaging fee of $25 applies if items are returned opened or poorly repackaged.

No refund is applicable if the packaging is torn or damaged.

For faulty items, please contact us and we will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced at no extra cost.

Unfortunately due to health regulations we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on doonas, pillows or underblankets. Please choose carefully when purchasing and if you are unsure please contact us by phone on 1300 252 707 or contact us via our contact page or refer to our Frequently Asked Questions to assist you with making the right choice before placing your order. This excludes products found to be defective or faulty.
